Mika Grasso is an Investment Director at a family office, where he oversees the firm’s direct investment and co-investment activities, including portfolio construction and capital deployment across private markets.

Mr. Grasso has held investment banking, capital markets and finance roles at Zions Capital Markets, Paulson Investment Company, Goldman Sachs and Power Systems Management. He previously served as a director of Nuwellis, Inc. (Nasdaq: NUWE).

Mr. Grasso received his M.S. in Finance with a concentration in Investment Management and his B.S. in Business Administration, both from the University of Colorado Boulder, Leeds School of Business.

Jatinder Dhaliwal is a registered pharmacist who has served as chief executive officer and director of multiple publicly traded companies listed on Canadian and U.S. exchanges, including the CSE, TSX and Nasdaq.

Mr. Dhaliwal has held chief executive officer and board roles at Akanda Corp., Binovi Technologies Corp., Global Health Clinics Ltd., Virpax Pharmaceuticals, Kiaro Holdings Corp. and EGF Theramed Health Corp. He has also served as a director of Makara Mining, LQR House Inc. and Intact Gold Corp.
Mr. Dhaliwal holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy from the University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Victoria.

Mr. Rosa serves on the board of directors of NeuroOne and is an entrepreneur with three decades of experience in the medical device industry spanning a variety of technologies and products. In addition to CEO roles with early stage medical device companies, Mr. Rosa’s background also includes senior roles with C.R. Bard Inc., Boston Scientific Inc., and St. Jude Medical, where his responsibilities included marketing, product development and business development. He has been named as an inventor on multiple medical device patents, serves on seven corporate boards, and has raised $200M in the capital markets. Mr. Rosa holds an MBA from Duquesne University, and a BS in Commerce and Engineering from Drexel University.

Katharyn Field is the Chief Executive Officer of iSpecimen Inc. (Nasdaq: ISPC), where she oversees performance improvement and the redevelopment of the company’s proprietary software platform. She previously served as President, Chairman and an independent director of iSpecimen.

Ms. Field has served in senior leadership, corporate development and board roles across multiple public companies, including LogProstyle, Akanda Corporation, Nuwellis, Virpax Pharmaceuticals, Aerwins Technologies, Halo Collective and MariMed.
